Q: What are your operating hours?

Bookings are available from 5am - 11pm - 7 days a week

Q: Is parking available?

We have two dedicated spaces marked U6 that are dedicated to our members. If you are bringing one guest, they must park in one of the two available visitor spaces at the entrance to the car park. Please DO NOT PARK in other reserved spaces (CCTV monitoring is in operation)

Q: What facilities are available?

Toilet and a shower facilities are available for members (please supply your own towel). We also offer refreshments available to purchase using the bookings app

Q: How do I access the business park after hours?

Upon membership sign up, you will receive access to our gate system app. This allows you to access the facility when the boom gate is closed

Q: How big is the centre?

We operate 2 sim bays in our Bayside Golf Headquarters. Due to a small number of bays, our membership capacity is VERY limited and is operated on a first come first served basis

Q: Do I need a membership to play?

Yes, access is limited to members only. We don’t offer casual or social bookings. This keeps availability high and ensures priority for our members.

Q: What does membership cost?

Membership is $29 per month, billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts.

• Play any day (5am-11pm)
• Flat rate of $26 per hour
• No peak or weekend surcharges
• Book online with up to 5 active bookings at a time
• Bring one guest per session

Q: How do I join?

Simply visit our website and click “Become a Member” to sign up instantly. You will receive a welcome email with instructions that you must follow before being allowed access to the centre

Q: How do bookings work?

Bookings are made online through our portal. Your membership allows you to hold up to 5 bookings at any time so you can lock in your preferred times in advance. Bookings also finish 5 minutes before the hour so that you have time to vacate for the next booking

Q: What simulator technology do you use?

We use commercial-grade systems with industry-leading accuracy, full ball and club data, and detailed feedback like strike location, video replay, shot analysis & more

Q: Are clubs and balls provided?

No - You must provide your own clubs that must be cleaned upon entry. We do provide some balls but we recommend bringing you own, clean, un-scuffed balls. Balls & Gloves are available to purchase using your portal log in

Q: Can I use my own tees or training gear?

We provide tee's to use within the centre that ensure you won't be searching around for tee's the whole time!

Q: Can I bring a friend?

Yes. Members may bring one guest per session at no extra charge.

Q: Can we bring alcohol?

Alcohol is strictly forbidden in the centre. Any member bringing/consuming alcohol on the premises will be banned with immediate effect

Q: Is the centre shared or private?

Each session is private, but the facility is shared among members. Only one group is booked into a bay at a time, so your experience is uninterrupted.

Q: Is coaching available?

We have local PGA pro's who can carry out lessons in the facility, Please just reach out to our team to confirm a booking

Q: Is the space available for private hire or corporate bookings?

No — the centre operates exclusively for members. We focus on providing a consistent, high-quality experience to individual players
