Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and our business structure, we do not offer any change of mind returns. This is mostly down to our suppliers and manufacturers not offering this service. 

If your product if faulty or damaged, we will be able to replace or refund upon request. Most of our products come with a 12 month warranty as standard outside of general wear and tear. 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

  2. We will reach out to you and help to organise shipping

  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds will be initiated when all goods are received and confirmed to be in original packaging/still in the same condition 

  • Return shipping will be paid by Bayside Golf if the product(s) is faulty
