Our Shipping and Delivery process will begin as soon as your order is confirmed. For all bank transfers, we will start the shipping process as soon as funds have fully cleared. This can take up to 3 business days
Shipping lead times
Shipping times can vary based on the courier and the delivery address. Unfortunately we must provide a detailed shipping cost for all non-metro areas, so please call or message us ahead of placing your order. Any orders received for non-metro areas, will be subject to additional shipping costs. We will provide a quotation via email for the additional shipping, and once paid, we will release the order.
Tracking
Whenever possible we will provide customer with tracking details to update with transit times so they can expect when to received their order.
If you do not want us to leave your package without a signature please notify us as soon as you place your order
Collection
You must notify us of a time when you would like to collect your order. If in stock, we can usually offer same day collection
