I had done plenty of research on home simulators before I made the decision to go with Bayside Golf. And I'm glad that I did. I had some early questions which were responded to promptly through the Bayside Golf message chat. I was steered in the right direction with a couple of things, and I believe I got the best simulator that suited me. All products turned up a week or so later once I made the purchase. All very well protected in delivery and well communicated through this process. It was a bit overwhelming once everything was in front of me but, honestly it was a lot simpler to install than I first thought. All products are of the highest quality and well made. The impact screen in particular is heavy duty and looks like it will stand the test of time. I'm absolutely in love with the end result. My shed has now been transformed into a place I don't want to leave.

So good to buy with confidence and deal with a genuine person. Setup was easy and could ask for advice at any time through out the process, Sam doesn't just disappear once sale is done. He is there with support! His a legend.

I spent some time talking with Sam before purchasing my enclosure and hitting mat. He gave me honest, practical advice, and never tried to sell me on any particular product. I ended up taking his advice on the Launch Monitor and on the 3.5w enclosure, rather than 4m wide (even though I originally was interested in the 4m wide), and I am very glad I did. The 3.5m offers ample hitting space and an immersive experience. I'm taking my time with the rest of the build, but am already really enjoying hitting balls 20m from my living room! I can't tell you how impressed I am with Bayside or their product!
